These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Lumy, owned and operated by Asaya Labs AB (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By installing or using Lumy (including the Slack application, web app, or related services, collectively the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You may use the Service only if you are at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
Access to Lumy requires installation into your Slack workspace.
Your organization’s administrator is responsible for managing access, roles, and billing.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree not to:
Misuse the Service (e.g., attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware).
Use Lumy to harass, discriminate, or otherwise harm others.
Submit unlawful or infringing content.
Use the Service to process categories of personal data that are considered “special” or “sensitive” under GDPR (e.g., health data, political opinions), unless strictly necessary and permitted by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Lumy uses third-party AI services (e.g., OpenAI) to generate messages and analyze feedback.
AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
You should not rely on AI outputs as professional advice (e.g., HR, legal, or medical advice).
You remain responsible for how you use AI-generated content within your organization.
Free and paid subscription plans are available.
Paid plans are billed on a per-user, per-month basis (as described on our website).
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change pricing, features, or plans with prior notice.
All rights, title, and interest in Lumy (software, trademarks, logos, content) remain with Asaya Labs AB.
You retain ownership of the feedback content you submit.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Asaya Labs AB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or €100 if you use the Service for free).
You may stop using Lumy at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use Lumy will end immediately, but relevant provisions (intellectual property, limitations of liability, etc.) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Gothenburg, Sweden, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email, Slack, or our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
